Restaurant General Manager
Manager Salary 45k plus benefits
We are looking for a Manager with outstanding leadership skills, who is passionate about the industry, will create a profitable environment, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. While you will be asked to put your all into every hour you are in the restaurant you won't work late nights not over 50 hours a week!
You will be a hands on manager but must also have the skill to manage a crew of 40
and be able to balance the two requirements in a high volume environment

Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities in hiring, training and terminating employees
