Create and lead the implementation of solution designs. Manage one or more internal/external clients and their respective projects to ensure IT project deliverables are identified and executed. Focus on technical design and implementation, along with business requirements and project management. Gather business requirements from required parties ensuring they are complete and understood by the project team. Design and document IT solutions; Build the business requirements documents. Prepare and manage project plans outlining key deliverables, delivery dates, and milestones and costs and efforts for all development efforts. Identify and prioritize IT project resources, roles and responsibilities of the project team members consistent with the project requirements. Manage Developers in a matrix environment. Convey, create and maintain complex solutions. Apply knowledge of order management, inventory management functional areas. Deliver a project scope that directly supports the key business drivers. Define technical requirements and design solutions. Support and maintain all corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the company quality system documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction by preventing the occurrences on nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and 24 months experience in the same, similar or Technical Architect position. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in architecture, design and development of .NET and Java web applications and web services; e-Commerce domains and Agile development methodologies, performance tuning, web application security and user interface design (experience may be concurrent).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
