They support and coordinate air freight trade services, products, and operations for a wide variety of customers.
Air Freight Agents maintain ongoing relationships, provide support, resolve problems, and open supply requests for customers and centers.
They are a diverse, collaborative, energetic team who enjoy fast-paced work.
SHIFT YOUR SKILLS So, what does it take to make it on our team? An intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office:
MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
The desire to provide excellent customer service.
Possess general administrative skills such as in-bound phone support, distributing mail, preparing reports, processing forms, tracking shipments and orders, and data input.
Problem solving skills to resolve intermediate level concerns by conducting research with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail.
An ability to lift up to 70 lb.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
