The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, contacting existing and future customers, educating and providing customers with information on our products and services, and professionally and efficiently working with customers to resolve issues positively.
Ideal candidates should be detail-orientated, energetic, focused, and have good people skills.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
Assist and support walk-in customers at the location.
Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns and create new business.
Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests Assist the sales team with incoming requests and outbound notifications for new services and products Support additional CSC needs and requirements as assigned The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High school diploma or GED 2 years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume call center 2 years of Microsoft office experience Superior Plus Propane has the vision to be the Premier Propane distribution company in the United States.
