United Road is an equal-opportunity employer Job Duties Ensure the work vehicle is clean and fully visible to all drivers in the yard who may need assistance Manage multiple drivers by circling the lot and ensuring drivers can access the van as needed.
Assist drivers in locating and pulling inventory for loads Understand and assist drivers with rules in the yard Understand the layout of the yard and where inventory is located Ability to multitask and track routes through the yard effectively and efficiently Skills Required Strong customer service orientation Work effectively with peers to correct deficiencies and improve processes Working knowledge of automotive rail yards and layouts Good and safe driving skills Maintain a positive work, safety-centered atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters a good work ethic and culture to ensure the success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations.
