Administers and documents all treatments & medications, using clinical assessment skills Coordinates care planning with other disciplines Provides triage and guidance to staff in handling any changes in the medical status of clients Improves the quality of care for rehabilitation clients Requirements:
Graduated from a state approved school of nursing with a current Michigan license Two years nursing experience preferred.
Specialized experience in rehabilitation, subacute, long term care, TBI, SCI a plus! Job Types:
