Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the selection, hiring, scheduling, and training of qualified employees.
Conduct effective department meetings and counseling sessions.
Conduct timely performance and salary reviews.
Monitor service and teamwork on a regular basis.
Resolve problems, provide open communications, and recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
Achieve guest satisfaction goals by supervising the Front Office operation.
Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests.
Check daily for VIP rooms and special accommodation requests.
Respond to guest complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
Attend pre-convention and post-convention meetings as needed.
Coordinate group arrivals and departures.
Maintain room security by providing effective key control.
Oversee mail and message delivery.
Respond to positive and negative comments expressed in comment cards and develop strategies to improve guest services Must have a flexible schedule Required to work from 40-50 hours per week or maybe more depending on business demands
Qualifications:
