1K - $66K a year Warehouse manager The warehouse manager is responsible for planning manpower and warehouse layout, defining SOP, managing daily warehouse operations and directing and training personnel.
Key accountabilities are accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the daily operation ensuring customer satisfaction is successfully achieved.
Review manpower levels and assignments based on projected volume to ensure that staffing levels/skill sets are appropriate Maintain relationships with our current clients to ensure client satisfaction and to promote additional business Responsible for all product related interface with customer, including quotations, volume pricing, tooling along with quality issues Assist company's sales effort identifying opportunities where Logos' solutions can add value and drive efficiencies within customers' demands Achieve team objectives by preparing a regular analysis and initiating corrective actions Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion Development and tracking of Warehouse KPIs.
Analysis of KPI results to define operational performance.
Ensure billing and invoice accuracy and Identify opportunities for cost improvement to ensure all business accounts stay in profitable Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Collaborate with all the related teams to deliver service to client, meeting all quality standards.
Ensure inventory accuracy thru regular audit and record accurately in the system.
Develop an efficient work organization through team building with effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for both management and front-line hourly personnel Continuously improve warehouse process flow, develop standard operating procedures Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations including OSHA Additional duties assigned by management as necessary Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
The ability problem solve, prioritize assignments Proficient with Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Knowledge of storage racking and pallet systems Available to work weekends upon request Highly organized and detail oriented 5
years of work experience in warehousing required and 3 years of supervisory experience is a plus Experience in using WMS, SAP, EDI and/or preparing shipping documents (e.
g.
ASN) is a plus 2
years forklift experience (loading and unloading trailers) is preferred Associate's degree Job Type:
