Keep comprehensive monthly sales records and share them with the agent or operations manager for evaluation.
Skills and Qualities:
Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Exhibit strong customer service abilities.
Possess proficiency in computer skills.
While preferred, sales experience is not mandatory.
