PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The Account Administrator is responsible for handling the day to day administrative tasks required by
clients in their respective team. This includes having a complete understanding of the operating systems
including order processing, data setup, reporting, on-line ordering system, telephone, and email support.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Serve as contact for client and customer inquiries, orders and issue resolution through customer
phone lines and email.
- Responds to answer client/customer concerns or complaints and ensures that all inquiries are
handled and documented in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicates issues to appropriate team members.
- Handles receipt, data entry, and validation of item notification forms, inventory research, returns, and
scrap requests in compliance with established business rules.
- Ensure that all order execution is completed on time and in a manner that satisfies service level
requirements.
- Work with the client as needed on maintaining the integrity of order processing, inventory and web
site information.
- Interfaces with various departments to ensure deliverables are being completed on time.
- Proactively generates ideas and ensures that most efficient processes are used.
- Demonstrates and can apply knowledge of products and services provided to client.
- Assists or updates client business rule documentation ensuring that internal key stakeholders are
aware of business process changes.
- General understanding of client contractual requirements to ensure adherence.
- Assists in quotes for projects as requested and has general understanding of the pricing, forecasting
and budgeting process.
- Completes reports and ad hoc requests as appropriate.
- Attends meetings as requested, either internal or with the client.
- Acts as a back up to other team members as necessary.
- Regular punctual attendance.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
This is a temporary position lasting 4 - 6 months to cover for the office while an associate is out on leave.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Client Services or Customer Service environment.
- Ability to handle tasks requiring attention to detail.
- Experience with using an order management system and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize job tasks.
- Ability to work independently, or in a team, and quickly handle client demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and spelling skills.
- Strong general computer skills including MS Office Suite - Primarily Word, Excel and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
